Both the Statement of Intent and Annual Report are accountability documents that outline ACC’s yearly goals and progress. Reports from the last seven years are available below.
Annual Financial Condition Report
The requirement for ACC to produce an Annual Financial Conditions Report came into law as part of the Accident Compensation Amendment Act 2010. It is produced annually and will provide an assessment and advice on ACC’s operations, financial condition and liabilities. It also discusses the implications of any material risks to the Corporation that have been identified in the report.

Statements of Intent
These documents are produced by ACC and reviewed by the Government. They show how the yearly budget will be allocated to fulfil our yearly priorities and meet Government performance standards.

Annual report
Yearly reports are produced by ACC and reviewed by the Government. They confirm whether ACC has achieved the goals outlined in the Statement of Intent produced earlier in the same year, and meet Government performance standards.
