Levy consultation 2010/2011
Currently ACC is consulting on setting levy rates and this consultation period runs for 28 days between 14 October 2009 and 10 November 2009.

Levy timetable
The consultation period is part of the wider levy setting process that occurs every year. This timetable shows the steps in the process and when they occur.
Annual levy setting process
Levy rates for personal injury cover are reviewed and set every year. Levy payers can comment on the proposed rates during a consultation period. The Government sets the final levy rates, based on recommendations from the Minister for ACC.
