On Road cover

This covers injuries that occur as a result of an accident involving a moving motor vehicle on a public road. This includes:

  • All trips to and from work
  • Injuries sustained in a crash involving a work vehicle used for work purposes
  • Cyclists or pedestrians hit by vehicles.

This excludes:

  • Injuries from crashes on private roads (eg forest tracks, farm roads, race tracks)
  • Injuries from loading or unloading vehicles.
