Standard Terms and Conditions

The Standard Terms and Conditions used by ACC for engaging suppliers of rehabilitation and treatment service. The Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all contracted services. Each individual service a supplier will provide to ACC is described in a Service Schedule. A Service Schedule describes the service activities, deliverables, and pricing, amongst other information. ACC’s contract with a supplier is made up of the Standard Terms and Conditions and all Service Schedules.
