These two handbooks provide guidance to providers. The ACC Treatment Provider Handbook is a source of advice and information to help you as a provider to deliver agreed outcomes for your patients, yourselves, and the ACC Scheme.
The ACC User Handbook to AMA4 is for use by ACC’s independence allowance and lump sum assessors to evaluate permanent injury.
These sheets refer to types of work available in the current New Zealand labour market and they detail tasks, work environment, functions and activities involved. Assessors can access these sheets to develop their own work descriptions for types of work they consider suitable for clients.
