Relationship managers work with you to help you understand how ACC works, and how our policies and processes relate to providers.
Provider groups
We work with:
- general practice staff, including:
- registered medical practitioners
- nurses
- practice managers
- physiotherapists
- district health boards
- contracted providers of vocational and social rehabilitation programmes
- allied health professionals.
What your relationship manager does
Your relationship manager provides a personal, face-to-face service to:
- keep you up to date with changes and what they mean for you and your practice or company
- help you solve any issues and problems you may have with ACC’s policies and processes
- pass your feedback on policy and process issues back to ACC
- involve you in provider evenings and events about topics of interest to the provider community, in conjunction with local ACC branch staff.
