eLookup allows you to query the status of an ACC45 Injury Claim Form. It can be used by any provider who holds a digital certificate and is registered for eBusiness.
What eLookup can tell you
- the cover status of a claim
- the diagnosis code and description
- side of the injury
- date of accident
Registering for eLookup
Before you can use eLookup, you will need to apply for a Digital Certificate.
