ACC’s eLodgement service allows you to lodge your ACC45 Injury Claim forms online, and eSchedule lets you submit your ACC40/47 invoice schedules online.
Registering for eLodgement and eSchedule will also give you access to eLookup and Online Remittance Advice.
Step 1 Submit forms
Complete the following three forms and post to the New Zealand Health and Disability Sector Registration Authority (NZHSRA):
- HealthSecure Organisation registration form (DOC 77K) - register your organisation for a digital certificate.
- ACC23L Organisation Application for eBusiness form (DOC 117K) - register your organisation for ACC’s eBusiness applications.
- HealthSecure User registration form (DOC 77K) - apply for a digital certificate for each individual user.
Step 2 Receive digital certificate
Your digital certificate will be sent to you by courier from Healthlink
Step 3 Call HealthLink
You will need to call HealthLink on 0800 288 887 to get your password and install your digital certificate. HealthLink can talk you through installation if you require assistance.
Step 4 Training
The eBusiness Support Team will contact you to schedule your phone training session.
The team will also monitor your progress to ensure everything is going well.
