Consumers' Outlook Group

The Consumers’ Outlook Group (COG) provides an opportunity for community representatives to give ACC’s senior managers information and advice on consumer and ACC claimant issues.

Introduction

The Consumers’ Outlook Group:

• is made up of individual claimants and representatives of various community organisations
• meets approximately every eight weeks
• raises issues of importance to ACC claimants
• has input into ACC initiatives and provides feedback from a claimant perspective on a wide variety of topics
• seeks information about topics, discusses them and makes recommendations to ACC for improving service to claimants.
