We set the rates of levies each year to provide enough funds to cover the lifetime costs of injuries that will occur during the forthcoming year.
You have the opportunity to have a say on what our proposed rates are for the 2010/11 year. We consult levy payers about the proposed rates before we take our recommendations to the Minister for ACC.
This year the consultation period runs between 14 October and 10 November 2009.
