When you register with SnowSmart (external link), you will be asked about your goals and your current fitness level. A training programme can then be tailored to meet your lifestyle and training needs. Your programme will include:
- an individual training plan developed by a highly recognised and professional trainer
- exercises and stretches with videos or illustrations and explanations on how to correctly perform the exercise
- nutrition advice from an expert nutritionist to match your training plan
- a five-day weather forecast and UV index for the area you live in.

Smart tips is a free online guide to help you prevent injuries and perform better on the slopes. You can customise your own Smart tips to include individual or team information such as key dates, gear checklists and contact numbers.
