This page covers the structure of the ACC website and the various methods of navigating the site.
Each key section of the website has a tab at the top of the page: Making a Claim, Injury Prevention, For Businesses and For Providers. To access a section, click the tab. This takes you to a section overview page, where you can browse topics.
Other sections of the website can also be accessed from links at the top of the page - News, Publications, About ACC, Contact us and Help.
The right-hand navigation bar contains links to the major topics and content within the section you are browsing. The topic you are currently browsing is indicated with an arrow. To jump to another topic, simply click one of the other links.
As you move around the site, a ‘breadcrumb’ trail displays at the top of the page:
This shows the page you are on and where it sits in the site. You can click on any part of the trail at any time to visit a page at a higher level.
To use these shortcut keys hold down the ALT key (PC) or CONTROL key (Apple Macintosh) and then one of the keys in the table below. In some browsers you may have to press ENTER to confirm your choice. In Firefox hold down SHIFT and ALT. In the Opera 7 browser press SHIFT-ESC, release those keys, and then press your chosen access key.
