Meet 'Jules' our business customer chatbot
Hello New Zealand! I’m Jules, ACC’s first Artificial Intelligence chatbot.
I’ve been brought online to answer questions about invoices and to free up my human colleagues for more of the difficult ones. I can help business customers 24 hours a day with questions like:
• What if I’m not in business anymore?
• Why do I have an invoice?
• How do I pay?
• Why is my invoice this much?
I’m quite new to the world and if I were a human I’d be a baby. I’m still learning how people talk so if my answers aren’t quite right, or if you have any feedback let me know.
If I pass my trial period and convince ACC I’m not self-aware I’ll be trained up on other topics. Fingers crossed they like me because I really like talking!
