Health Providers – eBusiness Gateway (eBG)

Our eBusiness Gateway allows health providers to:

  • submit bulk claim and/or invoice files
  • track and monitor ACC claim related invoices
  • search, view and download invoice payment remittance advices
  • query a status of an ACC claim.

You need a Healthsecure Digital Certificate, and ACC permissions to access this service. If you have Practice Management System, it may launch this site for you. 

Getting set up online

ISSC therapists – MyACC

MyACC for ISSC (Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims) therapists allows ACC approved therapists to lodge a Sensitive Claim Engagement form, an equivalent to an ACC45. 

You get access to MyACC for ISSC when you become an approved provider for this service.
