Switching from ACC Online to MyACC for Business

Released 19/02/2018

MyACC for Business, our new online tool for business customers, is replacing ACC Online in early March.

Self-service functionality for agents and advisors

MyACC for Business will provide access and information about your linked customers. This includes available invoices and account transaction listings (ATLs). MyACC for Business will be the only way to access ATLs and invoices from early March.

We won't update data in ACC Online from Monday 19 February

In preparation for these changes, we won’t update data in ACC Online from Monday 19 February. If you create new links to clients during this time, we’ll carry these over to MyACC for Business. There might be a small delay in doing this.

Once you’ve successfully logged into MyACC for Business, you’ll no longer have access to ACC Online.

Confirm your tax agent status

Make sure your organisation’s administrator has registered to confirm your status as a tax agent or advisor by Friday 23 February. This will help us set your organisation up with the right permissions in MyACC for Business.  If we don’t receive the completed online form, your organisation will be set up with advisor status in MyACC for Business.
