View your employee’s work-related claims online
We’ve created a new tab in MyACC for Business called Recovery at Work
This new tab gives you access to real-time information about your employees’ work-related claims. With this information, you’ll be able to start the conversation earlier with your injured employee and support them on their recovery journey.
You’ll also be able to view if your employee is fully unfit or fit for selected work and any work restrictions that may apply to them.
We’ll continue to develop this tab further and enhance the information available for employers – watch this space.
Who can view this information?
If you are an employer with a Workplace Cover Policy, you will be able to view your employee’s work-related claims information in MyACC for Business.
You’ll need to confirm that the injured employee was working for you both at the time of the accident, and now, before you can view this information.
