Sort out a problem with your claim
If you’re unhappy with a decision we’ve made, there are a few different people you can talk to. You can also make a complaint or have the decision reviewed.
Getting a decision reviewed
If you’ve talked to us and you’re still not happy, you can apply for a review. An independent reviewer will look at our decision at a formal review hearing.
