The current Integrated Home and Community Services contract ends in March 2024. We are planning to replace this with two new services.

The Non-Acute Rehabilitation Pathway (NARP) service enables hospitals to provide both inpatient and community rehabilitation to people who need hospital-level rehabilitation following an injury.
