New provider resources to help us work together successfully
We’ve created new resources to help you understand the basics of who we are, what we do and how-to guides on some key topics.
We heard from you that it was sometimes difficult to find or get information about how to work together. Through our research and discussions with many of you identified a strong need for clear, concise, and practical help and advice which is easy to find.
To do achieve that, we’ve produced a set of Quick Guides, videos and a webinar series to cover the fundamentals of ACC including lodging claims, how to invoice, using read codes, registering with us to deliver services and specific things to know for different types of providers.
We’ve created a Getting started page on for new providers to get the key information they need in one place. The health providers page on our website has also had a refresh so you can find what you’re looking for, faster.
The first of our new interactive webinar series was recently held with Practice Managers and Administrators Association (PMAANZ) members. ‘The beginner’s guide to ACC’ covers a range of subjects, including what we cover, how to lodge claims and using our digital services and is available to watch on demand. Keep an eye out for our upcoming webinars for allied health and mental injury.
