MyACC is offline while we investigate apparent fraudulent activity on some MyACC accounts. More information is available:

We have contacted clients whose MyACC accounts were identified as potentially being involved. There is no evidence that ACC’s cyber security has been compromised. We will bring the MyACC service back online when our investigation is complete.

While MyACC is offline, you can claim the support and services you need by completing and emailing the forms linked below.
Transitioning back to work
Weekly compensation is reduced when a person continues to earn during a period when they are receiving weekly compensation from ACC. If you need to let us know what hours you have worked, please complete the following ACC038 and email it to us.
