Competitions terms and conditions

These are the terms and conditions for entering competitions run by ACC.

MyACC for Business competition

  1. All entries must be made in accordance with these terms and conditions. ACC will disqualify entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. You accept these terms and conditions by entering into the promotion.
  2. To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must register for MyACC for Business through the MyACC for Business registration page, and be living in New Zealand, and must be not an ACC employee or contractor or a family member of an ACC employee or contractor. 
  3. The prize is one of two $100 New World vouchers  
  4.  This promotion starts on Wednesday 22 November 2017 at 9am and ends at midnight on Friday 15 December 2017. Entries received outside the promotional period will be disqualified.
  5. Two winners will be drawn at random from the pool of those in the prize draw, after the prize draw closing date of 15 December 2017. The prize draw winner will be notified by email by Friday 22 December 2017.
  6.  If, despite reasonable efforts, the winner does not respond to ACC within a week of that email, ACC reserves the right to choose a substitute winner(s).
  7. The winner’s name and photograph may be published on ACC’s website and may be used in other publicity about ACC.
  8. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  9. One entry per person.
  10. ACC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. ACC reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion or to amend the promotion conditions without notice.
  12.  Personal information obtained by ACC will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be kept after the competition has finished and the prizes have been awarded.
