Home and Community Support Services update and webinar

We continue to prepare for a return to market for two new home and community support services to better support our clients towards independence.

The current contract, Integrated Home and Community Support (IHCS) is coming to the end of its term in March 2024. We plan to replace this with two new services:

  • Home and Community Support – Return to Independence: For clients who need support temporarily
  • Home and Community Support – Maximise Independence: For those with long-term or lifelong needs.

This is designed to better tailor the services to meet the distinct needs of different client groups and improve choice and experience for our kiritaki by partnering with a wider range of providers. 

As we get ready to go to market in late August, we have prepared some information for potential applicants to help consider and prepare for the tender process.
