Weekly compensation payments over the holidays
We may make earlier weekly compensation payments during the Christmas period because of public holidays.

Extra income from your employer over the holidays
If your employer pays you for a public holiday or other holiday pay while you are receiving weekly compensation, please call and tell us. This is classed as income and will impact your weekly compensation. The public holidays over this period are 24 and 25 December, and 1 and 2 January.
If you receive a Christmas bonus, please call to tell us straight away.
If you get any income while also receiving weekly compensation, we’ll need to adjust your weekly compensation, so you don’t get overpaid. If you’ve been overpaid weekly compensation, we’ll ask for it to be repaid.
