Online training modules
We have developed a range of online training modules for providers delivering services under the Sensitive Claims Service. Please note that suppliers must ensure that all named service providers, service providers and personnel delivering services complete the induction and development eLearning modules.
The modules are accessible via our Learning Management System. To access the eLearning modules, you'll need to create an account.
