We have developed a range of online training modules for providers delivering services under the Sensitive Claims Service. Please note that suppliers must ensure that all named service providers, service providers and personnel delivering services complete the induction and development eLearning modules.

Psychology Advisor Forum resources

These one-hour online forums are facilitated by ACC Psychology Advisors. Each forum focuses on a clinical aspect of the Sensitive Claims Service or other mental injury contracts and offers a chance for Psychology Advisors to discuss identified topics and answer questions on how best to meet kiritaki (client) needs. 

The forums are a professional development activity and provide an opportunity for providers to engage with each other and with our Psychology Advisors. We do not discuss specific cases or share any information that might identify kiritaki or claims.
