Delays in ISSC named provider applications

We wanted to let you know that there are currently significant delays with processing named provider applications for the Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) contract. This is due to the new Sensitive Claims Service tender being released. We are working through this backlog as fast as we can. 

On average we are returning 60-80% of applications due to missing information which only adds to further delays. To help us minimise delays please make sure your application includes all the necessary information and documents. Below are some of the common reasons for returning applications: 

  • missing APC 
  • missing Membership (either receipt or certificate)
  • missing CV
  • forms not fully completed 
  • forms not signed and dated by both the Service Provider and Supplier
  • addresses missing off the ACC6243 Form.
