Enabling assessors to make it count when ordering rehabilitation equipment

Enable New Zealand is our sole provider of rehabilitation equipment to support clients with their injury-related equipment needs. Our Assessment Service providers can access this service to order equipment on our behalf, where there is appropriate approval from our recovery teams.   

Enable New Zealand has an in-house Clinical Advisory Service Team to support our assessors. This team has created some great resources that are available on their website to support assessors:   

• Hub for ACC equipment assessors - Find information, tools, and clinical support for ACC Managed Rehabilitation Equipment Services (MRES). 
• Assessor education webinars - Tailored for ACC Assessors to support decision making in relation to MRES equipment and connect with our Clinical Services Advisors
