Important travel policy update

If you’re a supplier of the Training for Independence contract, you have now confirmed which Territorial Authorities (TAs) you’re able to service within the ACC travel policy.  

Suppliers have now indicated they can comply with the travel policy, and from the information provided, no service gaps have been identified. This means that travel requests to those areas won’t be approved going forward, as you’ve indicated you can already service them within the policy. 

We understand that some clients may require highly specialised skills that aren’t readily available in their area. In these exceptional cases, travel requests can be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

We kindly ask that you don't contact recovery team members directly for travel requests, unless the need for a highly specialised skillset is identified
