Secondary care market engagement event resources now available
Last month, we held a Secondary Care market engagement event where we updated providers on the work we’re doing to achieve better outcomes for people with musculoskeletal injuries. A key focus of the session was to share our conceptual design for an improved service delivery model for secondary care services.
The conceptual design we shared is the result of extensive analysis and engagement with the sector to identify pain points, inefficiencies and risk areas throughout the client’s rehabilitation journey. It was informed by feedback from the sector and input from subject matter experts and the Musculoskeletal Secondary Care Clinical Advisory Group.
This work is part of ACC’s efforts to strengthen how we commission key services.
