Closure notices for Sensitive Claims Service

We’ve received queries about whether a closure notice requires our approval before invoicing.
To clarify, closure notices are considered notifications, not reports, and therefore do not require approval before a provider can invoice.
This clarification applies specifically to the Sensitive Claims Service and aligns with Clause 8.2 of the Service Schedule.
As a result, you do not have to wait for ACC to acknowledge the notice before you are able to invoice us. Recovery team members may still contact you if there are questions or further discussions about client care and support.
