The Crowd is a group of volunteers from all over Aotearoa New Zealand who give us feedback on how we design our services and products. Their feedback helps us make our services and products better for everyone.

Being in the Crowd
The Crowd volunteers take part in research activities like user tests, interviews and workshops that help us improve our customer service and create better experiences for all.
When our teams want to conduct research or gain feedback on product or service concepts, we will send out requests to see who is able and willing to provide feedback.
The number of times we ask you depends on many factors such as your availability, how many people we need and if we need people to give specific feedback.
If you're selected to give feedback, we'll provide details about what is required, timelines, and what you will receive for your time. You get to choose what you want to contribute.
As a thank you, we usually give gift vouchers. The amount you receive depends on the task and how long it takes.
