The Rongoā Māori Advisory Panel enables the growth and improvement of our Rongoā Māori Service, supporting our kiritaki (clients) with rehabilitation that leads to lasting recovery from injury.

    About the Rongoā Māori Advisory Panel

    The Rongoā Māori Advisory Panel provides strategic advice that enhances our processes to improve, progress and promote the Rongoā Māori Service for the benefit of our kiritaki (clients).

    Our panel members are trusted subject matter experts in traditional Māori healing. They advise us on upholding te ao Māori approaches and strengthening our Rongoā Māori Service. This contributes to improving access, experience and outcomes for all New Zealanders.  

    The panel meets ā kanohi (face-to-face) quarterly to advise on relevant, important and strategic initiatives and programmes.
