Surveys

We regularly survey people across Aotearoa New Zealand to understand their experiences with us. Your feedback helps us learn what’s working, what needs to improve, and how we can make our scheme better for everyone.

    Your voice matters

We want to hear from a range of people about their experiences, this includes:

    • Injured people
    • Healthcare providers
    • New Zealand businesses helping an employee return to work
    • Those who contribute to the system as a levy payer
    • Members of the public.

Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we need to improve. It guides how we design and deliver services so they better meet the needs of you, your whānau, and your community.

If you’re ever unsure whether a survey is genuine, you can contact us at:

    FAQs

Depending on whether you are surveyed as a provider or an injured person, the survey is about your experience with us.

For injured people, it is about your experience with us, your employer, and your treatment or rehabilitation provider. We ask about your views, the impacts of your injury, and your recovery outcomes.

For rehabilitation and treatment providers, we want to know what’s working well and what could be better when it comes to supporting rehabilitation and treatment providers.

The surveys are run by a team at ACC - Voice of the Customer team. They work with an independent research company, Ipsos.
