Contract opportunity for the Living My Life Service

Our Living My Life service contract offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive support to clients, enabling them to participate meaningfully in everyday living, community, and employment activities. The service aims to enhance clients' quality of life, choice and control by fostering independence and integrating natural community supports. 

If youre experienced in delivering disability support services and are interested in providing services for this contract, the tender will open on 15 May 2025 and close by 5pm 19 June 2025 on the Government Electronic Tender Services website. 

The contract includes the delivery of several key components: 

  • Facilitated Pathway Map: Collaborating with clients to create a visual representation of their life goals and aspirations 

  • Independent Facilitation: Helping clients identify and choose activities and supports to achieve their goals 

  • Tailored Supports: Providing individual and group activities to develop skills and confidence 

  • Coaching to Self-Manage: Supporting clients to develop the skills necessary for self-management. 

Experienced service providers can deliver this work as part of their existing practice, expand their service offerings or sub-contract with providers who deliver one or more of the components noted above.
