Sensitive Claims Service transition guide
We’ve also developed a new transition guide to help those who are supporting kiritaki (clients) under the Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) safely transition them to the new Sensitive Claims Service. This interactive tool offers steps you can take to support kiritaki, depending on your specific scenario, to ensure they can continue to receive the treatment and services they need as we move to the new contract.
Supporting existing clients through the transition.
It’s important to remember to submit a closure notice when kiritaki have exited from services. This will help confirm kiritaki that need to be transitioned to the new Sensitive Claims Service. Please refer to the transition guide for more information.
