Onboard to ProviderHub now

Released 04/02/2026

ProviderHub is our new online service that will replace eBusiness Gateway from 1 April 2026. If you currently use eBusiness Gateway to invoice us, lodge claims, and/or check claim details, now is the time to move to ProviderHub.

With 5,790 users already onboarded, ProviderHub makes it easier to work with us digitally — from submitting invoices and lodging claims, to checking payment information. ProviderHub also includes new features you’ve been asking for, including the ability to pause forms for up to 14 days, filter search results, and complete the ACC32 Treatment Extension Form.

If you’re going to use ProviderHub for all your ACC activities, you don't need a digital certificate.

If you use a Practice Management System (PMS) or software system

Most PMS or software systems have the ability for you to do all your eBusiness Gateway ACC activities within their systems. If you're unsure, contact your PMS Helpdesk to check whether you need to onboard to ProviderHub or not. If you do need to use both your PMS and ProviderHub, you will still need a digital certificate for your PMS ACC activities.

First steps to onboard

  1. The authorised person for your business will receive an onboarding email from us by the end of February, asking them to nominate one or more ProviderHub administrators. The email is only valid for three weeks. Please nominate your administrator within that time.
  2. Once nominated, your ProviderHub administrator(s) will receive a one‑time code to sign up. This code will expire after seven days.
  3. After signing in, your administrator will approve or decline access for your users and manage the tasks they need. Users will then onboard and familiarise themselves with the platform.

The administrator(s) and all users must log in using RealMe or My Health Account Workforce.

Onboarding is quick, and providers who have already made the shift tell us they’re seeing the benefits.

Suppliers need to onboard before their providers

If you’re supplier, please prioritise onboarding to ProviderHub now. Your contracted suppliers will not be able to onboard until you have.
