The notice includes key dates and other helpful information about the procurement process. Subscribe to receive updates about the tender:  GETS | Accident Compensation Corporation - Advance Notice for Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) 2024 tender
  • Review and update relevant information, such as your company policies and procedures, APCs, memberships, training, and qualifications.
  • Start conversations about future contractual arrangements.
  • Review the slides and FAQs from the information sessions we hosted in October-December 2023, available on our website:  https://www.acc.co.nz/ISSCevolution
  • If you’re a 50% Māori-owned business, or classified by IRD as a Māori authority, reach out to Te Puni Kōkiri (TPK), which offers a range of tautoko to help Māori businesses navigate the government procurement process and prepare for procurement opportunities. Contact TPK at supplierdiversity@tpk.govt.nz.
  • If you’re an existing Sensitive Claims supplier and/or provider, please let us know if you intend on applying to deliver services under the future Sensitive Claims contract by completing this short survey: ISSC Transition Registration Survey (shapeyouracc.co.nz). This information will help us with transition planning to ensure we can support the continuity of care for kiritaki (clients).
