Update on product rationalisation when ordering

From 8 October 2025, ACC and Onelink will be reducing the number of brand options for specific consumables. This is part of our ongoing work to ensure consumables are used more efficiently, and that our clients receive medically appropriate, cost effective, fit-for purpose products. Onelink will be completing this change independently and will send out notifications, as per the normal discontinuation process.
The first product we’re changing is wipes. Currently there are 13 brand options, and we’ll reduce these to four approved products to simplify ordering and improve consistency:
- Wipes Unscented Soft Pack PK/80 (7006364)
- Reynard Health Supersoft Patient Wipes (7001688)
- Advance 3-in-1 Personal Hygiene Wipe Pk/25 (7006671)
- Soft Patient Wipes – 100 wipes (7004529).
