Six monthly reporting for Sensitive Claims Service survey due soon
Earlier this month, all Sensitive Claims Service suppliers were invited to submit reporting for the past six months about waitlists, referrals received/declined, and key health and safety risks and events.
This information helps us ensure services are delivered safely and effectively and helps us keep track of wait times and capacity within the Sensitive Claims Service.
We emailed suppliers a link to the reporting survey on 1 July 2026. Please ensure you complete the survey by 31 July 2026. If you didn’t receive the survey, we recommend you check with the nominated point of contact within your organisation or you can email us at mentalhealth@acc.co.nz.
