See our new Wellbeing Plans video guide

Released 30/05/2025

A short video is now available on our website about how to complete Wellbeing Plans as part of the Sensitive Claims Service.

The video features Dr. Marthinus Bekker, ACC Psychology Advisor, who walks you through the process of completing a wellbeing plan, discusses some of the key factors to consider and shares insight about how to develop SMART goals. SMART goals are the ‘stepping-stones’ toward achieving the larger goal of recovery or improved functioning for kiritaki (client) with a mental injury.

You can access the video on our website:

Content warning: for learning purposes, this video discusses the symptoms of a fictional kiritaki who has experienced sexual abuse or assault, and mentions suicide.

There are also several other resources available to help providers and suppliers better understand SMART goals.
