Submitting changes to approved group-based therapy applications

Following the initial tranche of group-based therapy applications (3-26 February) for the Sensitive Claims Service, we received numerous requests from suppliers for amendments to approved groups. 
 
While it was not our original intent to update approvals outside of the tranche dates noted in the Sensitive Claims Service operational guidelines, given the volume of requests and the fact that the tranche-oriented application process is a new approach, we are opening a small window for amendments to existing approved group-based therapy applications. 

The window for amendments to existing approved groups will open on 12 May 2025 and close at 5pm on 21 May 2025.

Please clearly note in the “group name” field of the application form that you are applying for an amendment, along with the name of the group. Otherwise, your application may be missed and held until the next tranche of group-based therapy applications, which opens 1 July 2025. You will still need to complete all other fields of the application form.
