Stephanie – “Hello Maureen, my name is Tiffany and this is Yasmine. We're going to slide you up the bed because you seem to have managed to get yourself down a bit much, okay. We’re going to make you feel a lot more comfortable,”
Stephanie – “And I'm going to use some sliding sheets and are going to put them underneath you and then we're just going to slide you up the bed, alright?”
