Five ways to look after your wellbeing

Stress and fatigue can affect your judgement, reactions, and safety at work. Cambridge dairy farmer Marc Gascoigne shares how looking after his wellbeing helps him stay well and work safely.

His approach reflects Farmstrong's Five Ways to Wellbeing: connect, give, take notice, keep learning and be active. They're simple things you can make part of everyday life to help look after yourself and the people around you.

Ride Forever courses are free until the end of December

September is Motorcycle Awareness Month, a good reminder for riders to check their bike, gear and skills after winter. It's also a chance to refresh skills and make sure everything is road-ready.

To help riders get back on the road safely, Ride Forever courses are free until 31 December 2026. Riders can build confidence, improve their skills, and stay safer on the road at no cost.
