New organisational structure

From 12 May 2026, we’re introducing a new organisational structure for our System Commissioning and Performance group – the part of ACC that works with providers to commission and monitor the performance of health and rehabilitation services. This change formalises the way we’ve been working over the past year.

Four Heads of Health Commissioning roles have been appointed (reporting to Deputy Chief Executive Lisa Williams), each leading portfolio and supplier management for specific services.

We’re introducing a new Supplier Manager role that will replace our Health Partner and Engagement and Performance Manager roles. If there are any changes to your usual point of contact, we’ll be in touch directly.
