New report templates for Sensitive Claims Residential Rehabilitation

Following feedback from internal and external stakeholders, we’ve developed new reporting templates for the Sensitive Claims Residential Rehabilitation Service contract.
The templates are designed to improve the consistency and quality of information provided to us, with a stronger focus on rehabilitation goals, wellbeing, outcome measures, and indicative discharge timeframes.
These templates formalise the reporting requirements and are intended to support timely funding decisions and planning of support for our kiritaki (clients).
