Welcome to the learning resource centre for the ICPMSK service contract.

Here you’ll find some helpful resources to help you gain a more in-depth understanding of key elements of the service.

    These resources have been developed specifically for suppliers and providers who are about to start delivering ICPMSK.

    Learning supports

    To support your learning, we’ve developed a learning playbook that provides guidance on how to complete the learnings over a five-week period. There is a mix of webinars, guidance documents and case studies to review.

    The lead supplier is responsible for the completion of the learning modules and any other learning support ICPMSK providers need. As a supplier, you will get a weekly email reminder from us that will start around five to six weeks before you’re due to start the service. These emails will let you know when the resources are available and should be forwarded to all ICPMSK providers to complete the learning.
