Move from eBusiness Gateway to ProviderHub now

If you currently use eBusiness Gateway to invoice us and/or check claim, invoice or payment details, you need to onboard to ProviderHub now, or switch to your Practice Management System (PMS).  

ProviderHub is our new online service that will replace eBusiness Gateway from 2 April 2026. If you do not onboard to ProviderHub, you will not be able to complete your ACC tasks. 

If the authorised person for your business hasn’t received an onboarding email, or if you have questions about transitioning to ProviderHub, please contact accproviderhub@acc.co.nz or phone 0800 222 994.  

How to onboard  

The authorised person for your business will have received an onboarding email from ACCProviderHub@comms.acc.co.nz, asking them to nominate one or more ProviderHub administrators. The email is only valid for three weeks.  

Once your authorised person has nominated at least one ProviderHub administrator, the administrator will receive a one-time code to sign up.  

After signing up to ProviderHub, your administrator will approve or decline access for your users and manage the tasks they need. Users will then be able to onboard and familiarise themselves with the platform. The administrator and all users need to log in using RealMe or My Health Account Workforce.  

Onboarding is quick and providers who have already made the shift tell us they’re seeing the benefits.   

If you’re a supplier 

Please prioritise onboarding to ProviderHub now, as your contracted suppliers will not be able to onboard until you have.  

If you use a PMS or software system 

Most PMS or software systems have the ability for you to do all your eBusiness Gateway ACC activities within their systems. If you're unsure, contact your PMS helpdesk to check whether you can complete all the tasks you need. If you do need to use both your PMS and ProviderHub, you’ll still need a digital certificate for your PMS ACC activities.
