As a Payment Assessor at ACC,
my day is about critical thinking and precision.
The skills that will be needed in that role
is you need to be analytical.
It takes critical thinking and attention to detail.
You don't need a health background.
At ACC, we provide training.
For me, it's about the person behind the screen.
I know how frustrating it is while they are recovering,
so I make sure that I actually deliver
the correct assessment for them
so that they can get paid accurately.
This is what we do every day to make sure
that the client gets support that they need
while they are recovering.
It improves the lives of many New Zealanders,
and that's what makes it worthwhile.
