Our Strategy 2026 - 2029
Our Strategy - which is aligned to the expectations of the Minister for ACC to improve performance - confirms our enduring purpose to improve lives every day and introduces a new vision for the organisation’s future direction.
It sets out how we’ll turn around the performance of ACC, through a renewed focus on strategic priorities, our people, and our organisational culture.
Statement of Intent
The Statement of Intent summarises ACC’s enterprise strategy for the period between 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2030. It includes details of how the public and all interested stakeholders can evaluate our effectiveness in delivering against our outcomes.

Service Agreement
The Service Agreement 2025/26 is the annual agreement between ACC and the Minister for ACC. It sets out the key initiatives ACC is pursuing to achieve our strategic objectives.

Turnaround plan: 2025/26
The turnaround plan outlines activity ACC will progress to improve performance this year, aligned to the Minister for ACC’s three priority areas, set through his Updated Letter of Expectations. These actions will also support delivering on the priorities of our new strategy and we will measure success through targets outlined in ACC’s Service Agreement and Statement of Intent.

Annual report
We produce an annual report which the government reviews. It confirms whether we've achieved the goals outlined in the statement of intent, and met government performance standards.

Our Annual Climate Report for 2025 provides annual information about ACC’s emissions reductions and our planning for climate change.
